Jacob Langfelder Presents BROADWAY AND VINE With Shoshana Bean

The evening featured an impromptu performance with Arietta wine's Fritz Hatton, and a tribute to teachers, featuring, Diana Gonzalez who sang "For Good" with Bean.

Tony Award nominee Jacob Langfelder (Sea Wall/A Life) presented Broadway and Vine, intersecting the best of Broadway with the best of Wine Country, this week with Billboard #1 Recording Artist Shoshana Bean (Waitress, Wicked, Hairspray, Beaches) at Tre Posti in Napa Valley. The evening featured an impromptu performance with Arietta wine's Fritz Hatton, and a touching tribute to teachers featuring, Diana Gonzalez who sang "For Good" from Wicked with Bean. A post concert three-course Artist and Vintner's dinner by Chef Nash Cognetti, was paired with wines hosted by Arietta's Fritz and Caren Hatton, Darioush and Shahpar Khaledi of Darioush, Xavier Cervantes of Cervantes Family Vineyards, Ted Osborne with Olabisi Wines, as well as the Peju Family pouring Calmére and Peju with winemaker Sara Fowler. Review: Broadway and Vine: The best of two worlds meet in St. Helena

 

Here's a new address for the valley: Broadway & Vine. I predict it is going to be a popular one in the coming months.

The inspired project of a New Yorker-moved-to-Napa, Jacob Langfelder, made its debut in St. Helena on Monday night. It was the first of a series, in which Langfelder, a Tony Award nominee, aims to combine "the best of Broadway with the best of Napa Valley" Stars performed, well, in the vines, and food and wine abound.

Jacob Langfelder Launches BROADWAY AND VINE With Tony Yazbeck, Shoshana Bean, Taylor Iman Jones & More

Broadway and Vine will bring the stars of the stage to perform monthly in wine country with performances kicking off at Tre Posti in St. Helena.

 

Tony nominee Jacob Langfelder (Sea Wall/A Life) will launch Broadway and Vine, intersecting the best of Broadway with the best of Wine Country, on August 23, with Tony nominee Tony Yazbeck (On The Town, Gypsy, A Chorus Line, and star of the upcoming Broadway production of Flying Over Sunset) at Tre Posti in Napa Valley. Billboard #1 Recording Artist Shoshana Bean (Waitress, Wicked, Hairspray, Beaches) will perform on September 21, followed by Taylor Iman Jones (Hamilton, Head Over Heels, Groundhog Day, and co-star of the upcoming Broadway production of The Devil Wears Prada) October 18 and Tony Award winner Beth Leavel (The Prom, The Drowsy Chaperone and co-star of the upcoming Broadway production of The Devil Wears Prada) on October 19... Cast and Creatives of MOULIN ROUGE!, MEAN GIRLS and More Record a Song for Wine Country Following Wildfires

 

The song was written by Northwestern University composition student and local Napa resident, Libby Hatton with Mean Girls’ Natalie Tenenbaum.

Tony Award-nominated Broadway producer, Jacob Langfelder (Sea Wall/A Life), assembled Broadway creatives to write and record TAKE ME BACK, a song of hope for the Wine Country in effort to benefit The Napa Valley Community Foundation's relief efforts following a harrowing 2020 fire season. The song features Original Broadway Cast and Creative members of Moulin Rouge, Mean Girls, Kinky Boots, and Once. The artists also carry ties to the Wine Country having been featured at its various arts festivals including Bottlerock, Festival Napa Valley, Napa Film Festival and Napa's newest concert and wine series, Broadway & Vine. The song was written by Northwestern University composition student and local Napa resident, Libby Hatton with Mean Girls' Natalie Tenenbaum as part Broadway and Vine's Arts in Education mission...
